assume a 30% sag, because that is the standard sag of a well tuned suspension fork....

and you won't be able to notice any minor difference in the geometry anyway...

find a fork that has enough steerer length, is meant for the same rim diameter that you have now, and has the correct brake mount style, quit worrying about "Exact", put it on your bike, and go ride.
