Another thought - There was a small operation (husband and wife) that made Coho (as in salmon) frames for a few years maybe 20 years ago or so. I saw them at one or two NAHBSes. They were very nice, and tended to toward the randonneuring side of things. I will say that the TIG welding on the BB shell makes it less likely to be either a Rainbow 'Traut or a Coho, methinks (and if I'm wrong in that surmise, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to give me my comeuppance ).
