The heading shown on the page above is different from the one you cited earlier:

"Shimano FC4700 Tiagra 48/34 Compact 165mm Chainset 52 / 36 Teeth 172.5 Mm, Silver"

I did a search yesterday using the confusing heading that you first posted and saw a Performance Bike page with that weird heading and 12 choices of crank arm length and chain ring tooth counts (text boxes rather than drop-down menus). They've since corrected the heading.
