It is not. Shimano specifically does not allow third party sales so while you could potentially get what might have been something from a Shimano factory at one point it won't be supported by Shimano and you might also easily get a fake or a knockoff which is quite common these days even down to Microshift stuff being faked anything someone can make a fake off they will do it so look to authorized dealers and you are less likely to have issues.
