You can choose to support your LBS or not, but if you don't, it may not be there when you need it. You can quote AI all you want, but economics are still going to be economics.
And the economic reality today is that an LBS that refuses to work on bikes they didn’t sell, let alone punching potential customers in the face, isn’t going to be around long.
