Just get a saddle that works well for your rear end. A good saddle does not need a cover or anything padded or unpadded unless you want a cover to protect against rain then go for it. If you don't like a saddle with pressure relief cut outs don't get one simple easy peasy solution. I have not had the issue in which you speak and my saddles have cut outs but if you don't like it loads of saddles with out them or with different ones that aren't holed but just relieved.
