Creatine??
Has anyone here experimented with creatine? I know that it's more for the weightlifters, but I'm wondering if it will help with recovery. At 57 (next month), I'm literally sore all the time. I don't want to jump into it if it doesn't really help with endurance recovery, as I know it may result in water retention in the muscles. I think I'm better when lighter. There's also the hair loss thing I've read about, which was "debunked" by some studies, although I've read threads on other sites where guys have complained about quick thinning once on it. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
