It is a little cumbersome and I have issues with it locking up the app for large projects over an hour. I fixed this by changing the proxy to 480. Then I installed the latest version yesterday and it reset the proxy setting for the project back to no proxy. It also locked twice and then I got a blue screen. When it ran it was lagging. There was a warning I need not heed about the latest version not fully compatible with some AMD systems. I only have 16GB RAM so may see if I can find some more memory. But I think I will need to go back a version. I am running WIN11 with MSI 450M Pro VHD with Ryzen 5 3400 w. Radeon Graphics on beard the MB. Not a real graphics set up but so far worked. Not fast. The sound can get choppy when working on the file. The export files is good.

I did see when working on a project there are several Insta 360 Studio Browser processes running. Funny I opened a project and it was lagging but after a bit while typing here it runs fairly smooth. Voice is not choppy. I need to play with the Preferences. Hardware Acceleration I only have Auto checked. Codec all is checked except Ultra HD Preview. Before the update I had unchecked the Enable CUDA which I think helped.

I also use the the APP on my Ipad Air 11. The AI seem to work fairly well on it. I use an Apple Pen and it is not so back but not as versatile and the Studio.

Edit: I also run two SSDs. A 1 TB for the system and 2TB for the programs. I did this years ago for mapping.

Edit Again. For CPU usage I noticed when the project was open my CPU usage with 95 to 100 percent when playing and about 75 percent when paused. In media with not media the CPU usage dropped to less than 30 percent. When I open a file in Media the CPU usage jumps to 50%. Not sure what this means.
