need to replace a 71mm (shell width) bottom bracket and was thinking to get a double lockring setup and a spindle made for a 73 unless I could find a spindle made for a 71

118 mm spindle length is my calculation for a sugino RT double on the '82 raleigh. . .

any suggestions?
