Have you figured out the frame manufacturer? And do you know by any chance if Vittoria Rally 25-28 tires fits this frame? I have currently Vittoria Rally 21-28 installed and there is a plenty of space. However the rear tire is broken => I have to replace it anyway.
If you have a Quattro Assi Titanium, it will definitely allow 28mm tires. I have it currently with 25mm Conti GP 5000s and there is plenty of clearance to go bigger. As set up, with DA 7800 10-spd, 7700 DA crankset, 3TTT cockpit, and Mavic CXP33 rims, it’s 19.1 lbs. I haven’t been able to figure out who actually made the frame but the welds are well executed. Paint is awesome with decals under the clear and the polished titanium rear triangle finishes it off nicely.
