I use Mr Clean which is a degreaser mixed w water. Either spray directly on the frame and wipe or spray onto a cloth. Once in a while I’ll also use a fast car wax made by Eagle One. Spray onto a cloth and quick wipe down. Home Depot sells these really good disposable degreaser towelette cloths in the paint department called Grime Boss wipes. Completely lint free sheets. They will get a frame completely clean in minutes. They are also really good for cleaning chains especially after you get the initial dirt and grease off.
