I used to sit on my butt too, looking at screens all day. Likely a major cause of the heart attack I had heading into work about 6:45 AM one morning, when I stopped at an ER a mile from my office. That morning was when I got the two stents.
Cardiologists since have never made mention of venous insufficiency in my conversations with them. CHF has come up a couple of times though while the one I go to now keeps telling me to keep doing whatever it is I'm doing 'cause it's working.
