I’m familiar with her advice through her podcast. She always says creatine is safe for “healthy individuals”, but I’ve never heard her explain what health issues should be of concern (she may have and I missed it). I bring up kidney function because that’s often cited By others as a qualifier for creatine use and because kidney disease is very common among older folks. Interesting to hear your effort to ease into it still caused GI issues.
