Yes, a 20". I had a really crappy one when I was riding. I was kind of glad to see it go. I found this one at an antique store with a half off tag on it. I pulled it out to look at, hemmed and hawed a bit, then tried to put it back. I don't know what sorcery the seller used to display it but I could not get it to stand by itself. After several attempts, I decided it was easier to just buy stupid thing.
