sloar I guess it is rather 100x times their crappy paintjob than any hazard.. (Italian, we love them for being crap yet a lot cooler...) but don't quote me on that to you lawyer...

Other than that it's a really nice looking bike! I'd just love it as is... If you want to ride it and be super secure, put an extra clamp underneath the saddle bag's starps, then the post cant suddenly slip in,,,
