since no one asked what Bike Frame you intend to install the wheels onto, and you seem baffled by the now fairly common Thru Axle design hubs...
you'll need a set of Quick Release adapters that are made for the Thru-Axle Hubs you purchased.
and no, the adapters are not universal fit, and most only properly fit up to one specific design of hub.

contact your local bike shop to order the correct ones.
or hope you find the correct ones online.
