You can convert them to quick release, but the standard quick release width for disc brake rear wheels is 135, not 130mm. And the rim is not designed for rim brakes. It might be fine with rim brakes, but consider what you want out of these wheels. It might be better to sell them and buy something more appropriate for your bike.
