Yep. Suntour and/or Sugino made a similar one. Or two, maybe. Nominally a 115 or 118 spindle but with the ability to correct chain line by moving both adjustable cups one way or the other. Cannondale used them a bunch on mid 80’s ST setups. Bought one not long ago, NOS and a 115 but not enough adjustability to fit the crank that needed a 118. Needs a pin wrench to install and adjust, tho.
