Insurance called, they want a quote from bike shop for repair/replacment cost, asked me for estimate. I told them 9-10k, it was custom made, etc.

I hope I get a payout, bought a new frame a few weeks back, not received it yet. Shoulder hurts.

Looked at the rusty old indoor trainer just before in the garage whilst checking the damage to my orbea, think I'll give it few days yet, maybe re-watch some old dvd's first.
