Don't take this the wrong way or get descombubulated, but $650 for a Polygon Urbano 5 (which sells retail here for $355) with that level of components is highway robbery. That price, $650, is more than what I spent on this rig which has not a single bum or low rent part on it.
You
could buy it for $355 and strip it to use as a canvas for a rebuild (as I did with my Thrill Volare minivelo), keeping only the frame, BB, headset, crank arms, seatpost and handle bar. I've seen this bike in the flesh in my neighborhood
Rodalink brick & mortar bike store, and those are the only components, imo, worth salvaging and not putting up on re-sale block. The wheels (the same ones that came with the Thrill Volare) are particularly bad and heavy.
But why bother using it as a canvas for improvement and rebuild when you can simply buy an FnHon frame set for less than half the price. Here, enthusiasts like the ones who populate this channel simply don't buy complete bi-folds anymore. That ship sailed years ago.
Now, I understand that most of you are in the Homeland. However, one channel guru has pronounced that he shops confidently and often from Uncle Ali so there's little reason to buy these poor value complete bikes when you, like this great guru, can get frames and parts sourced directly from Asia reliably and cheaply. Unless, of course, it's not as easy, reliable or cheap as he purports it to be. Or you don't have the skills and tools, or the inclination to build the bike yourself, and are happy to pay more for less. That's for you to determine. Happy shopping...
Oh, one more thing. This rig does check several but not all of DG's boxes. Missing from his requirements are 4130 chromoly and FD hanger.
