Look for a YouTube channel called "cobranco". The guy is a bikepack fanatic, he's got several long (even 3 hours or more) videos from Switzerland to Greece, all over Europe. These trips sometimes take 2-3 weeks, and he makes proper videos with interesting content. He's got a few even from Croatia, maybe you should watch them to get some ideas, inspiration. The videos are in hungarian but with auto generated english subtitles you'll understand almost everything.
