Monday next week is 11 years to the day and date I was given my Prostate Cancer biopsy results. I am a GLEASON 10.

Today at 1:41am out for 13.31 miles. Had to food shop so out again at 6:15am for 4.04 miles. Heading out shortly for another food shopping ride that likely will be 15+ miles.

Until the tank runs dry USE every day to the maximum allowed by one's body.
