Those are interesting numbers, one of the extremely rare instances where the products weight is substantially lighter than the official weight used in their marketing and advertising.
Officially trek declared the weight of your frame at 698 grams unpainted and 760 grams painted. Fork was marketed at 381 grams.
Perhaps they were inflating the weight in preparation for the disc versions. The current equivalent Madone is marketed at 765 grams and the fork at 370 grams. But the new version is considered an aero bike with full internal cables and extra aero shaped materials. Things being equal a noticeably faster bike.
Let’s not mention other competitors such as the Aethos at 585 grams.
