It feels like my aerobic capacity is greater than it used to be, even back in 2021-2024, when I was riding at least as much as I am now, as well as doing more structured workouts and races on Zwift, where I was routinely hitting 170s. If my AT really is 161, I'm able to do the same efforts that used to push me over AT without exceeding the 150s. I dunno. I've stopped "riding to train", mostly because I was training to ride, and now I just ride to ride and I seem to be able to do whatever I want to do. See what I mean?
