Gotta think outside the box. I grabbed an espresso while waiting on her, she brought her own water in a fancy swingtop bottle, which I complimented, then she pulls another one out of her purse, and that bottle had some of her homemade limoncello in. She was really hit hard by the C19 protocols and was just amazed to see kids playing in the fountain.
Then I got her a smoothie and a beetroot juice for me.

Windy day here. I think it was messing with Sheila's head on our walk this morning. Maybe she was smelling dogs a block or two behind us, because every time we were walking downwind, she kept looking over her shoulder. It's so windy I decided to ride ITG.
When I started riding, I was tired - more sleepy than weary. But I saw that one of the Climb Portals available was Old La Honda, so I decided I'd do that, because I could always just noodle up it in the lowest gear or bag it altogether. I ended up beating my previous best time on Faux La Honda by a minute! AND getting a 10W increase in FTP.
I'm apparently quite a bit more fit than I thought I was!
