I have a Lynskey R270 Disc that developed a creak at one point. Thinking something was wrong with the BB or was about to have a failing Shimano crank, I took it to the shop.

The guy diagnosed it as a loose dropout insert.

Don't know if the GR300 has the same style dropout, but if it does, the fix could be as easy as a wrench and a bit of loctite. Good luck!
