We are going to Colorado in late July and I am taking my bike, will just pay the $80 each way fare and take the Habanero in the hard-shell case I have.
There was something weird about getting beyond the information stage to the box content stage. I was instructed to go back a stage and then go forward again. That allowed me to move on. When I finally paid, I got a message that getting shipping label printing was not enabled. That prompted the second call. The site kept changing to correct zip code of the recipient to an incorrect wrong one, so I it would not create a label. This wasn't the first time I had zip code issues on the site. In 2017 I was trying to schedule return shipping near the end of a tour while I had computer access. The site would not accept the correct zip code for the REI store where the bike would be picked up. After all the years it has been around, you would think these courts of problems would have been solved.
