What I have discovered is that if i try to nap in the bedroom, I'm likely to get to the end of a half-hour nap lying face up, and then turn over and fall asleep face down and wake up 1-2 hours later feeling more tired than I was, and like I was taken apart by a brilliant surgeon and put back together by a shade tree mechanic.
BUT I've also discovered that if I wait till Mrs. GJ has gone for a nap, and I lie down on the comfy chair and ottoman for a half-hour nap, it seems to wake her up and I only get maybe 10 minutes. I wonder if it's the silence that wakes her?
Or maybe I snore like I'm gargling raw eggs.
