When you race, what do you set your Trainer Difficulty to? I used to race at 100%, but things like the kicker in Downtown Dolphins would have me out of the saddle pouring out the watts, burning matches on every lap. So I'm curious, especially whether you just set it to zero on TTs so you can simply put out the same power throughout.

I leave it at 100%. I've never tried experimenting with it. I like it to feel "realistic" with gear shifting and whatnot, but again I haven't messed with lower settings so IDK.
My thought is: the watts is the watts, regardless. If I can change the Difficulty so that I don't have to get a new cassette (I typically run a 25t max) to get my ass up the Radio Tower or AdZ, then I'm going to do it and not worry about it. ETA: Zero it out, though? Eh, that's kinda no fun. Try 50% or something, first. It'll at least break the monotony.
