appreciate the input. Because of the replacement of the original Velocity set, I have slightly two different models of Velocities. On the front are Velocity Vee's- aerohead. 32 count. On the rear 'Dyad's' 32 spoke count.
My weight can vary greatly after Christmas. normal summer weight is 190 lbs. The rear panniers might carry as much as about 20 pounds , max. but, if carrying much - usually not more than a couple miles.
I need do a better job of looking for problems considering said weld failure.
