I spoke to Climbo yesterday and he told me about Jocks crash, so reading the posts this morning I thought "Jocks done a Hincapie" when I read about the fork. Reading on I realised he must have had a second incident and trashed his race bike FARK!
Sorry to hear about it jock, if its any help I have a turbo trainer you can borrow and I'm keen to develop the track training program.
