Hmmmm, I think the length is the same, but the earlier cars don't have the bulging headlights. The lights also don't work as well.

The series 2 cars also have a larger air intake, so they run cooler and that is important for us in oz.

The ugly e-types are the 2+2's and to a certain extent the series 3 cars (v12's), the long FHC is a mess with the fat bulbous roof compared to a S1 or S2 FHC.

Btw, Sir William Lyons always prefered the look of the FHC to the DHC and I agree.
