and at richmond XC, everyone went 2 - 3 mins faster than 2 weeks ago. oh, with the notable exception of me who went out the back faster than a hooker at a celibacy convention.

just had no power had a GU at the start at the start of the second lap and that perked my up a bit but other than that it was all rahter diapointing . oh well, have a month till the next round there to sulk. in the meantime its off to CCCC this weekend for my 1st foray into road racing
