this kind of thing is why i hate the text-based interface. i have enough trouble conveying sarcasm and an otherwise quirky sense of humor in person, let alone online. it's seems like a lot of posts can be interpreted in two or more ways, a problem exacerbated by the fact that there are no hemmingways here.
