He can basicly gat any thing you want and build it up for you. I think he has been the main mech for all the large compaines in the past and been trained by the techies at the factories etc etc. Don't be put off by his calm/slowness oon the phone ( I think he has discovered ten pin bowling & alcohol recently). You have nothing to loose.
