Soul Edge hubs, Open Pro rims, Wheelsmith DB aero AE spokes, Alloy Nips I can do for A$1218. If you want the ceramic bearing Soul hubs, total is A$1411. Weight should be sub 1400g. If you want alternative rims, I'd have to look into it, but the price should be the same for comparable designs. I can also do Zipp 303 and 404's for A$2222 as a very naughty grey import.
