What you need is plenty of Surgical spirit. Stings like hell butt you won't be sitting on a saddle for your next ride just in case you get it again. Saddle and bike fit is paramount butt when uou step up milage you will have a problem but not normally as serious as this, even if the saddle fits correctly. Big danger on something like this is the possibility of a fungal infection. See the doc- even if it is embarrassing or buy a foot cream for Athletes foot. Get that between you and the saddle and you'll gradually improve. Other thing I do is use Baby oil before a ride. Must be the feremones in that as it attracts all the young mums aswell.

Before the comments come- I mean the cream and not an athletes foot- That is full of bones and is uncomfortable butt makes the bike heavy dragging the athlete along- unless he can hop pretty fast.
