Thanks for the input. In response to Louis, bike is well fitted (had it done last year and have ridden about 2500 miles since, shorts are still a good fit). One piece I left out was that is was rainy at the end and my shorts were soaked. I've ridden a lot since and the "chapped cheeks" are getting better and further rides since have not made it get worse, it has slowly gotten better, just want to completely clear it up, especially with the hot weather coming.
