size 43 is my new size. Last time I really stuffed up buying 44s, but they felt quite tight when I was walking around the shop. I learnt that walking around a shop isn't the way to test bike shoes, coz as soon as i was on the bike they were looser, and a month later i was wearing 3 pairs of socks and using 2 insoles!
I'll be keeping both pairs, if that's what you're getting at
