Torpedo7 import directly from OS and thus don't to pay the extortionate mark up that the local distributors put on everything. They can rely on volume to make up for the low margin.

I am guessing PBK work on much the same principal (high volume low margin,) except I think they also buy end of line stock which may be why they were still selling Pro Race tyres when Pro Race 2 had been out for a while.
