I tell you who I hate...the ATO, cause they're current giving me an audit enima and AAMI cause they are absolutely screwing me with repairs to my car. They recently sent me a letter congratulating me on being a 10 year rating 1 with no claims in 12 years of being a customer. I gave them the car to be fixed (noting that I have a certificate from them telling me it's a no-fault claim) and they've decided to fix some of the damage caused by the accident and not others. In this case I have a small crease in a panel about 30cms directly above the area hit and because the paint hasn't cracked in the area the assessor has decided it was there before the coillision. AAMI SUCKS!!!
