a couple of things makes it easy to ride in the rain.
planet bike clip on fenders.
breathable waterproof jackets [$ but worth it]
a decent hat
and most importantly:
the knowledge that you're
going to get wet. if you dress smartly you can stay warm though.
also: a change of pants/shoes when you get to were you're going helps a lot.
