Sorry Kotter, missed that post. Sort of raced on Saturday. Was sitting in the pack, very comfy then next minute I'm hyperventilating. Game over. This 'unfit' thing sucks. Plus broke a spoke into the bargain.

Was up the Valley on Sunday, Maitland/Dungog/Gresford ride. Had a nice ride Maitland-Dora Creek-Barnsley-Maitland yesterday. Bloody wet & windy weekend.
