Saw one of those medical oddity shows on cable. They featured an African tribesman who had a 200 lb. benign tumor in his scrotum. The tumor grew at about 10 lbs/yr over a 20 year period. His scrotum had grown to the size of a large beachball by the time the western docs saw him and removed the tumor. In order to move around he was pushing his scrotum around in a wheelbarrow in front of him.

Men die from testicular cancer. Get checked. I had a lump in my scrotum. My doc ordered an ultrasound and it turned out to be a sebaceous cyst. Thank god.
