Ungh, I have Gastro. I think this is the third time I've been sick in my adult life, so I haven't taken it very well.

I attepted to come out to the office yesterday but threw up as soon as I opened the door, so I took that as a sign to go back to bed.

So....looks like I'll be down to 'race weight' in 11.80 weeks, but not the way I intended
