no one brought up the term "pursuit bars"?

there are two types of bullhorns, tt and pursuit. tt has cable cutouts or other accomadations for brakes. pursuit bars are round all over. so i guess flipped and chopped falls into the pursuit category. a pursuit bar could be used for tt, but the opposite is not as likely.
