They're Nitto bullhorns - I forget which model, exactly, maybe RB-09? The painting is indeed DIY. I took a
whole bunch of photos of the first repaint. For this second one, I didn't take nearly as much care, because I know it's just going to get chipped up in 6 months anyway

I am eventually going to repaint the rack too and put it back on.
