Apparently it is all part of a plan. My weekly regime at the moment is:

Monday: Run 11K's (warm up 1k, 80% HR 8K, warm down 2K)
Tuesday: As above
Wednesday: Lunch time recovery run 40 minutes (HR no higher than 135 BPM), 50K ride (just go for it and have some fun)
Thrusday: As Above
Friday: Run 11K's (per above)
Satruday: 100K ride, usually early (6.00am), preferrably alone, HR between 150 -160.
Sunday: Rest

It seems to be working cause My resting HR is dropping, my riding, swimming, running are all improving, my weights dropped from 103 to 91 and I feel really good. The funny thing is he tells me that August/September are going to be difficult months cause we're going to do lot's of track interval work with running and riding. I told him it couldn't get any tougher surely...He just said..."Don't call me Shirley!" and smiled.

BBW, words can't explain how p*ssed off for you I am. What really gets up my nose is that only another plumber could know what to do with your tools let alone use them properly. So, if they were lifted by another plumber they should be taken out the back and b*ggered angrily, otherwise they're going to sit in someones shed for years, taking up room and not being used.
