The more I look at this bike, the more I think Benelux region
(hey, what else would I think).
I wonder if this might be from a small shop/builder
ala de Reus, Kessels, etc. and he used the stylized
clover (the circle at the bottom is reminiscent of french
cross)?
what is the threading on the bike, BB dimensions
