ugh, im finding loosing the weight the most rediculously hard thing ive ever done! if only i was 19 and 65 kilos again
ive gone to the point of tracking what i eat through
www.fitday.com and using Chris Carmichaels guidlines in his food for fitness book and so far ( as in the last week) it seems to be working, as ive identified some big issues with my diet and corrected them. what i cant beleive is how much i eat - like i never stop. lack of carbs seems to be the main thing, witnessed by me blowing up spectaculy half way through my interval sessions last night

oh well, BF scales told me 18 % and 78.3 kilos this morning, so hopefully thats real progress not pureley water \ glyocgen loss
